Everything you need to know about booking, membership and your time on court. By booking with Legacy, you agree to these policies.
Programs are booked and paid securely online at checkout. Your first session is The Legacy Introduction, a full Mind · Body · Game assessment. We confirm your schedule personally within 24 hours of booking.
Your membership renews every 4 weeks and your weekly time is held for you while it continues. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice by email to train@thelegacytennisacademy.com.
Prepaid plans are paid once and reserve your weekly time slot for the full term. Prepaid plans are non-refundable, but may be paused once for up to 30 days for travel or medical reasons, or transferred to a member of your household.
Packages of 5, 10 or 20 sessions are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are booked as your schedule allows. Unused sessions expire at the end of the 3 months. Packages are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours count as a completed session, except in a genuine emergency. If weather prevents play, your session is rescheduled at no cost. If Legacy ever needs to cancel, your session is always rescheduled at no cost.
Founding Membership is $2,000 per year, renews annually and is held by one household: the Founder, their partner and their children living at the same residence. Programs are chosen and paid for separately. Founder privileges continue for as long as the membership is renewed.
Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who accepts these policies and the participation waiver on their behalf.
Tennis is a physical activity. Please tell your coach about any injury or health condition before your session. All participants accept the Legacy participation waiver at checkout.

Your privacy is part of the Legacy experience. Your details are used only to manage your bookings and are never sold or shared. Clients are never photographed or filmed without their consent. The Faces of Legacy sign a full image release before any shoot.
